try to use no caption for the shortcut, that worked with layercut.
instead of
*Shortcut "File Manager" 100 100 ...
use
*Shortcut "" 100 100 ...
instead of
*Shortcut "File Manager" 100 100 ...
use
*Shortcut "" 100 100 ...
