If it's an OTS theme you will find the manual for the icon module under C:\LiteStep\themes\[theme name]\modules\docs\. There are a variety of different modules (each with their own Bangs) that could be responsible for displaying the icons in your theme. To see what modules your theme uses open the file C:\LiteStep\themes\[theme name]\step.rc in a text editor.
