When you answer the same question over and over and over again day in and day out it grows old. The way I look at that is that we have lazy users who don't want to look...they just want the answer handed to them. We had the same problem here at the office and the only way to truly fix it is to force people to look and learn for themselves. Its tough love but most questions asked have answers within the first screen of forum threads.
