Interesting thread. I always thought to run a successful site, or even a business, you should encourage feedback. How else will you know how to improve your service and remain competitive? There seems to be a different policy here. Your members are asking for an easy to find link you're calling them names.

I guess we gotta change the whole site cause of some idiot who couldn't find a link despite the fact that they are all over the place.
