You just need to know some programming language. If you want to learn one, I suggest Visual Basic to start. It's probably the easiest. Also, if you really need something to be done with Litestep, a combo of pre-existing modules should be enough. If not, someone who knows what they are doing could probably make you one if you suck up or something.
