well i'd say yes...

it is a little "inaccessible" as you
say, but when i consider it's complexity
and the skill level required to make the
most of it...

that is probably a good thing.

this is the equivalent of say a
registry editor for Win95... if you
don't know how to use it, and don't
want to actually look into it (study
the docs a bit) then it's better to
not play with it
