No...it is not a problem...it is a known issue. It is also not a LiteStep issue. LiteStep is working as designed. In your case, HP, has not designed their product very well. You simply need to redefine your hotkeys into LS, or get their software to start via the StartUp process. Run scankey, get the hotkeys, define the hotekeys and recycle. It isn't that hard. Wiki Entry
