I am getting this also, I have tried all of the solutions you guys have offered, but to no avail. It tells me that modules are missing and to check my configuration file, when clearly, the modules are right there in the modules folder.

EDIT: And somehow, now, 2 hours later, all of my modules load fine. I installed another couple themes which forced LiteStep to download more modules and the error went away. Hopefully it will survive a reboot.
