There's a "Basic" version that is freeware, and I've used winamp 2 and 3 and I think that JetAudio is better than this two. There's no module to control JetAudio with LS (at least, I haven't seen a module for this anywhere). I kept the controls for winamp in my themes, cause seens that a lot people use it, but for me I use JetAudio and I don't have a very expensive speaker set, actually they're a lot simple in my opinion.
