lol sorry lads i never ment that where i installed that stuff :) i ment it ans i have tryied placeing the dlls in those folders :D

that file that DeViLbOi said about went into the systems folder
and the other in the systems32 folder, tho i have place all the files in to all three folders "system/sysetem23/LiteStep"
