Are all the modules downloading and installing properly in the modules folder? NetLoadModule has problems with proxy servers, which can mess things up when installing new themes. If you're using the default everything should already be included though.

Is there any sort of hotkey or mouse software installed that might be interfering with mouseclicks or hotkey registration?
