Thanks xcal, that's helped. I've found out that all the windows of slipped off to the left. Practically a whole other desktop to the left (My resolution being 1024x768)

Is there a more practical solution to my problem, seeing as not all popup windows have a move function and not all my windows save their position (Windows Task Manager and Windows Live Messenger being two examples). Also, my bottom bar seems to disappear beneath maximised screens
