if you are in 9x:
start to dos, tupe edit c:\windows\system.ini
look for shell=(path to ls)\litestep.exe
and replace it with
shell=explorer.exe

if you are on nt/xp:
hit ctrl+alt+del, go to task manager and run explorer.exe
or if you prefer regedit.exe and look fot the keys that set litestep.exe as shell and replace them for c:\winnt\explorer.exe
