i think it's the 4th time now. oh well, here it goes again...
PharOe uses in his themes a module called lswchanger.dll. read the documentation for details. anyway to change the wallpaper you have to disable that module (then you can use the default Display panel) or (the LS way ;) you can find an evar called Wallpaper (should be in the step.rc) and alter that.
