I've got a setup now where I can change wallpaper and system colors with one click on a menu, and the LS modules are all configured to use the system colors. No visual styles, but I'd rather have the unified look (ala bb4win) than the pure eye candy. I suppose you could do the same sort of thing with visual styles if you used the windows control panel display applet and saved things as a desktop 'theme'.
