Excellent. An OTS2 tutorial is exactly what I was looking for.

I've actually tried Litestep in the past, a few years back. At that time I just decided it wasn't worth the effort and went back to explorer, but now I'm at the point where I don't mind putting some elbow grease into making windows the OS it never was for me.
