im not too keen on letting the RunOnceEx registry keys loose with boot.ini

rather have an ntoskrnl.exe that i can fix the crc headrs on and compress.

that way it can just replace the ntoskrnl.ex_ that comes on a regular disk

(check in the i386 dir to see what i mean, most of the windows folder is in there only compressed using makecab)
