I think he's asking how to change the color codes :)
They are in Hex. If you have a copy of photoshop or fireworks, use the "bucket" tool, and change the color. Youll notice that by moving the color around, some letters will change. Those are the "hex equivalent" of that color.
You can also google for a list of hex colors.
As for the specific colors you need to make it the "default windows colors," you will have to read the (I think) xdesktop help file to see which of those command lines change which part of the area you want to change... some are pretty straight forward, though:
for example - ScrollBar=fffff
basically makes your scroll bar turn (you guessed it) fffff (or, I think, some shade of green or gray).
Someone more versed with it might be able to tell you exactly what module it is.
