Well theres two ways to fix it. You can either move your icons to \All Users\desktop or in you xdesktop.rc file (or whatever you called it) change the pointers to the icons to wherever yours are specifically located. I suppose I could have done that first as well, but I like all my stuff to be in one place so its easier to keep track of.
