Hrm... I have the same issue, except that I have no All Users and username. All I have is the normal desktop folder, no users to be had on it except myself.
I don't have any other modules, either, as xdesktop is the first one I've put on (first I've downloaded, as well).

I'll keep screwing around with it, though, and hopefully figure out what's up with it.
