NeMeSiS - I have used LS since 1999 every single day, at home and at work, and I still consider myself a newbie. There's a lot of thing I still don't understand. The problem seens that this people is too much accostumed to download an installer, run it and... bang, everything is fine. When they found something that require time and reading to learn, they prefer to complain with the app's author.
