I think answered you're own question. Read the error log you posted, it is quite obvious why it is not working. The log states it quite clearly. Here, I'll put it in bold text for you:

ERROR: complete OTS version info. not found in theme.rc, exiting

So, the normal step to take when encountering an error with a theme, is to report the problem to the author of the theme.
