Cerbie: gramps obviously thought of a purpose, otherwise gramps would not have asked. There is no need to tell someone there is no point in doing whatever it is that they want to do. It is their choice to try. :)

Gramps: Could you be more specific? If you mean displaying a webpage, I don't think any module uses the gecko rendering engine.
