guys guys, i figured out what your talking about with LSTS. its really really really simple to solve. The first time you install a theme w/o a *.thm, LSTS does a create a new one. But it doesnt know the locations of any of the files(namely step.rc). You need to Configure(which you can do from LSTS) that theme first, and then it works fine.
