Just moments after posting the above i found a way to do this but it is rather annoying. I have found that if I go into the theme file it's self and set each module's Alwaysontop command to false they will hide when i load a game. I don't like doing this because I can set them all this way and it is just not fun. So how can i use this LSAutoHideModules to hide them all when i send games into full screen.
