I love the theme i use, and when i'm in windows i love when its Always On, so i can always see it and access it. But when i play games or fullscreen certain apps/media, all the bars get in the way makes it look real choppy.

Any idea how to completely hide them when goin fullscreen, or something of the like?

Thanks

Make your bar and everything (systray, shortcuts etc.) NOT always on top, then define your "work area" using your desktop module (jdesk/desktop2), so your normal wondows won't maximize over it. Read the docs included with the module for info on doing that.

use systemevents.dll to hide/show all on fullscreenon/off

You could use !HideModules/!ShowModules/!ToggleModules.

or LSAutoHideModules

Ok i am trying to do the same thing and running into problems, granted i have only been using litestep for about 24 hours now. For one how do i set my systray and stuff to not be always on top, second i can't find this systemevents.dll, and third is LSAutoHideModules and comand or program.

Just moments after posting the above i found a way to do this but it is rather annoying. I have found that if I go into the theme file it's self and set each module's Alwaysontop command to false they will hide when i load a game. I don't like doing this because I can set them all this way and it is just not fun. So how can i use this LSAutoHideModules to hide them all when i send games into full screen.

just add LSAutoHideModules to your theme.rc, or personal.rc, and reboot. (I think...can never remember the reboot part.) Anyways...your other option is to add a hotkey in your hotkey.rc for !ToggleModules and hit it before launching your game, which is dumb. :)

No need to reboot... you just need to restart litestep.exe. If you don't want to do that from the task manager you may as well just log off and login again. Reboot works as well of course, but it's overkill. :)

Alternatively, bind those !bangs to hotkeys.
