Volume Up =
VkCode: 000000AF
ApCode: 0000000A

Volume Down =
VkCode: 000000AE
ApCode: 00000009

so in my jKey conf file I added
VOLUP , AF
VOLDN , AE

and added hotkeys something similar to -

*jkey .none VOLUP !dosomethingherelikeplaywav
*jkey .none VOLDN !dosomethingherelikeplaywav
