OK, you were right ElkMonster. I was using Secure IE to attempt the download and it was downloading the html instead of the actual .exe.

What is the difference between a skin and a theme? It seems themes are easier to download and switch back and forth in, but I am finding lots of skins I like but no where can I find how to load them within the theme.

Can you offer any help here?
