not a safe assumption at all. what you will want to do is create another user on your system that does not have a space in it. login as that user and rename your ots profile directory or move it to the new login id. OR you can fix the themes by putting quotes around everything that could at some point have used your username. ie $ConfigDir$ has to become "$ConfigDir$"
