Replace OTSMayorVersion 2 by OTSMajorVersion 2
Remove ModulesDir "$ThemeDir$Modules"
Remove include "$PersonalDir$personal.rc"
Replace *NetLoadModule desktop2.dll by *NetLoadModule desktop2-2.0, *NetLoadModule shortcut2.dll by *NetLoadModule shortcut2-2.0, *NetLoadModule popup2.dll" by *NetLoadModule popup2-2.0, *NetLoadModule sysvwm.dll by *NetLoadModule sysvwm-7.0, *NetLoadModule chronos.dll by *NetLoadModule chronos-1.5 (don't know if it works in 0.24.7 tho, *NetLoadModule jAmpToo.dll" by *NetLoadModule jAmpToo-1.4, *NetLoadModule systray2.dll" by *NetLoadModule systray2-2.0, *NetLoadModule lsxcommand.dll" by*NetLoadModule lsxcommand-1.8.4, *NetLoadModule LSLnkMenu.dll" by *NetLoadModule LSLnkMenu-1.75, *NetLoadModule Rainmeter.dll by *NetLoadModule Rainmeter-0.9 and *NetLoadModule lsres.dll by *NetLoadModule lsres

edit: and remove that theme.rc that's on the root of the zip.
