All steam windows walks to active vwm desktop. They don't keep in one actual desktop. Behavior is same as with maximized normal windows.

Are the windows (as you touch upon) maximized? That'd do it.
There's not a "*VWMSticky" statement, I'm assuming?
Have you tried using the "*VWMFix" statement with the window?
It doesn't matter if steam windows is maximized or not. Behavior is like its maximized.
I try learn now what that VWMFix does and how do I should use it.

No guarantee that this is the fix to your problem, but... something to try.
Thanks for help, but I think fix doesn't work becouse there isn't any window in that class that doesn't wander around (behind my desktop chances).
