I've found a couple of themes that I really like, but I would love to the popup of one theme in the other..

I've tried messing around with the files but I haven't been able to figure it out..

If anyone can help, I'll really appreciate it.

btw. the the theme I want to use the popup from is: http://www.customize.org/details/24972 and the "base" theme I wish to use is: http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/20306471/

start reading some docs related to the popup configurations. They can be found in yours LiteStep\modules\docs folder.

Ok, I've read all I can find, and I still don't get it..

I've been able to implement popups from other themes by replacing the popup.rc file and then doing a bit of editing..
But this theme doesn't even have a popup.rc file..

Oh well.. I'm still learning so maybe I'll figure it out someday..

the popup.rc file is normally included by the theme.rc file. the popup.rc file is not required and could be named stupidannoyingrightclickthingy.rc by the themer. to understand what you need to do to get this done you would need to read the theme.rc from top down and understand how LS is configured.

theme.rc (as dev said) is where to start. Everything starts there. The "popup.rc" could just be pasted into theme.rc or it could be named something else (which would then be referenced in theme.rc).

Good luck :)

Except you would have to make sure image requirements were met and fonts and all that other happy horse p00. Maybe some day a new Theme Standard can standardize how to reference these files so we wouldn't have to worry about it.
