So Im thinking, is it possible to keep the same shell (like the overall look of the module) but mix up the right click option with another skin? I found the perfect theme i like, but the right click bar is too fat and hard to read. any suggestions?

Can't you take the graphics from the theme you do like for the popup menu and replace the ones you don't like in the theme you're using for everything else? Or simply change the graphics statements within the theme.rc specifiying which images you want to use?

"the right click bar is too fat and hard to read." I'm assuming you're talking about the popup? well, just make it wider, and adjust the font settings.

modify the settings found in your $Themedir$theme.rc and $Themedir$config\*.rc files.

Everything in LS is configured via text files. For more info, read o-t-s.sf.net and your module docs, found in your $LiteStepDir$modules\docs folder. lsfaq.shellfront.org might also be worth a read, and be sure to check out the sticky topics in the general forum.
