delete the directory that's already there (in your themes folder), then run the installer again. since the pixoffice folder isn't there anymore, it won't bomb. the installer just has a problem over-writing files.

i'm not aware of any problems with the theme installer overwriting files. :|

if a file is in use it can't be overwritten, but that's not a problem, that's just how it is. :P

i overwrite themes all the time with no issues.

I've tried to install themes twice, where there is already a pre-existing file with folders named the same thing (I had actually tried to manually un-zip the theme, and ran into some other problems), and it would not over-write them. The log said it was going to, then it stopped. And no, I wasn't trying to overwrite my currently running theme.

I'm not sure... you said "I had actually tried to manually un-zip the theme, and ran into some other problems" so maybe these same problems are being encountered when the theme installer tries to unzip?

no, the problems were just with modifying the theme to ots2. which I don't need to anymore since lsinstaller supports ots1 themes.
