Is there a module that I can use to control my speaker volume with the volume up/down buttons on my laptop.
are they just the regular "direction arrows"?
if so, just use hotkey.dll with geekamp.dll
you can assign the the "up" and "down" key to make the volume louder and quieter (although, it only controls the volume in winamp i think).
It's the volume control buttons on a Dell Inspiron 8200 beside the power button. Just volume up/down buttons, but I was wondering if there was any way to use them with system volume and not winamp.
You didn't get any special drivers for them?
I'm using a Samsung keyboard with volume buttons, and they work just fine.
Ok, I think I may have found it... v_bang.dll has !Volume_Up and !Volume_Down. But, how do I make these bang commands respond to my volume buttons. Sorry I'm new to litestep... Is there a manual somewhere?
