Any chance that someone else might be interested in plugin to control BSPlayer? I often have movies playing while I am working and HATE having to loose focus while I pause the player or minimize the window. Bangs for BSPlayer would be sweet! I don't have the coding skills, so this is just an attempt to judge interest or catch the attention of a coder with a few extra minutes (or however long it might take...again, IANAP).

Do you happen to have a link to the BSPlayer homepage?

Should it be really great that Dynamp (and, why not, LSSlider) deals with BSPlayer since Winamp doesn't handle multi-langages movies very well

I'll mess around with this sometime this summer. So far I figured out how to display the current position (in something like a label), but haven't figured out how to control it with bangs yet. I'm curious, which bangs would be most useful for starters?

It's too bad only the source of LSSlider 1.0 is available, or I'd try modifying that too. Anyone know where to get later versions, or if blkhawk is still contactable?

Isn't there a module to send keystrokes to a non-active window? BSPlayer has excellent keyboard control, although it may not quite cover everything you want.

it looks like it has command line support. does this mean it will accept command line play / pause / etc commands? if so, your problem is solved.
