Is there a way to specify where the title is in popup2.dll using x and y coords instead of using PopupTitleAlignment? Thanks!

there's popuptextoffset, popupborderleft and -right.

If you use adaptive width, you can specify left and right borders which will adjust where the text sits on the popup...
