Sorry ilmcuts. I inserted the Win95 in my question before reading your answer. Your answer led me to poledit which did not disable Ctrl+Alt+Del. I'm having trouble with some of my more advanced students (probably more advanced than me) tinkering with Ctrl+Alt+Del and end up hanging the computer leaving the next user with a frozen computer.
