ooh ... bad error. you should reinstall windows.
*sigh* okei, i'm too nice to let that go. get a windows 98 boot disk, boot with that, run "edit C:\Windows\system.ini". Look for a line that says "shell=..." and it should have something referring to litestep.exe. change that whole line so it looks like "shell=explorer.exe" and it should boot back into explorer.
