while you won't find one exactly like it (due to licensing issues, and apple saying NO), there are themes(that's right, they are litestep themes, not skins) that emulate OSx pretty closely. I'm not sure if there are any on this site, but you can look. if not, you can try customize.org, deviantart.com, or wincustomize.com
