Ive not only heard about it being done I have seen it done. Unfortunatly most themes used for cars aren't posted here because it doesn't pertain to a normal desktop. What you are prolly best off doing is making your own. That way it goes with with interior concepts of your car. Big square buttons with text are really easy to do and should take you all of a couple seconds to get done. Good luck
