I have SP1, version 0.24.6, installer 2.1, BarqNX (although it does this with all the other themes I have excluding the default one), happens MOST of the time, the black bar does appear, I've messed around with all the welcome screens, account stuff, etc,.
Ok so how do I check exactly what services I have running and disable the unnecessary ones? All the third party ones I've tried but none of windows services.
