I believe you are correct.I just fired up an old theme of mine and the !ToggleWharf bang is not working. I am getting the occational error message loading the wharf when recycling. Not always, just once in a while. About the only thing I can think of is to try the unloadmodule and reloadmodule bang commands with the wharf, but I have a feeling that could cause problems too!
