Ok found another one that has a similar problem and I have more specific information on my problem if anyone can help...the login screen resizes to fit the taskbar for simplicity....then that goes away when I hit control alt delete...when I open any program it will not go below that...yet litestep.exe is not open...????WTF is going on! No one else is having these problems...why won't litestep stay open???
