Uh, just use Microsoft Intellipoint. You can pick a program by it's .exe file, then select what function each mouse button does. And I BELIEVE (I'm not sure) that it'll even work with non-MS mice. Instead of picking a Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer 2.0, you can pick a USB 2-button mouse with wheel (for example).
