I would love to have a module to activate/deactivate tv-out (I use an ATI radeon 9000 pro).
The most similar module is razrez 0.4 by ilmcuts which let's you set bangs for change resolution and refresh rate which helps a lot when setting tv-out, now I can get the monitor to a suitable lower resolution and framerate very fast... but still have to go into display | advance settings to activate tv-out.
PS: I know you can set shortcuts from ati's software but you need to run ati icon which is quite resorce consuming, so I prefer to take some time and do it manually.
