A GUI for setting up "step.rc".
(in parts similar to vwm, although not with windows, but with all the elements used in the theme)

It could be used for:
- editing
- setting up a theme
--- z-order
--- element placing
- list of available !bangs and possibility to use them directly (from the GUI)
- so on ;)
