I don't clearly understand what you want but:
- About the systray, take a look at "$LitestepDir$changes.txt" , section [systray2 / Vendicator / 2002-05-20]
- You should use mzscript to perform bangs. Check the file where scripts are in, and add a line like this:
*Script start !TaskbarHideTasks
