Total Commander (old Windows Commander) is the best. :P
This s taken from Ilmcuts' URL:
Dual Pane. ($28)
LSML quotes:
1) "Windows Commander all the way!." --Elliot Sowadsky
2) I've used Windows Commander for a year and it certainly is wonderful! Among things, you can open one ftp site in each window and copy files directly between them. There's a load of very useful hotkeys for just about everything, even directory shortcut hotkeys. -Kenneth Jonsson
3) "By [all] means it's the best utility ever written for windoze, it DOES substitute explorer for me (i'm on NT4). Supports two-pane files management, native packer handling, customizable toolbar, ftp, fxp, network resources and much much much more." --Francesco Stano
