As stated in the conversation between ComposerDude and myself: I have no qualms with him releasing if my conditions are/were met.

That being said, it is ultimately up to the admins/owners of this website as to whether they wish to allow the theme to be posted here.

So, that being said, it's pretty much out of my hands at this point.
